This training programme is designed for anyone wanting to improve their overall wellbeing, resilience and productivity, from business owners and senior managers, to individual team members.

The aim is to develop strategies to deal with challenges and setbacks while adapting to changing demands, to best position yourself for the future.

On completion of this programme, you will be able to:

  • Stay productive, despite increasing demands to deliver more with less.
  • Manage customer expectations that may exceed capabilities.
  • Maintain physical and emotional wellbeing despite job pressures.
