Wellness is never a static state and is so much more than physically or emotionally keeping ourselves healthy. That’s become even more evident this year, as we’ve been tested in many ways, ridden the waves and looked for safe harbours to rest up in.
Who’d have imagined in Dec 2019, what lay ahead for us in 2020. Life has been turned upside down and inside outside for some, with current reality far from the calmer waters of December last year.
Everyone’s journey through 2020 will have differed, arriving at this current time in a different state from others.

Optimal wellness involves actively pursuing lifestyles, actions and making choices that lead to a holistic state of health and wellbeing – it is personal and subjective. It is about thriving, not simply surviving, being proactive and taking a holistic lifestyle approach.
